What We Cover
A full curriculum. No fluff.
01
Vision & Priorities
We start by helping you articulate what your wedding actually means to you — not what you think it should look like. You'll define your non-negotiables, identify your priorities, and build a planning foundation that reflects who you are as a couple.
02
Budget & Finance
One of the most avoided conversations in wedding planning. We walk you through how to set a realistic budget, where money actually goes, how to allocate across categories, and how to make confident financial decisions without guilt or guesswork.
03
Venue Selection
Choosing a venue is one of the first and most consequential decisions you'll make. We cover what to look for, what questions to ask, how to compare options, and how your venue choice shapes everything else.
04
Vendor Selection & Vetting
From photographers to florists to caterers — we teach you how to find vendors who fit your style and budget, what to look for in their work, how to evaluate reviews, and how to have productive first conversations.
05
Contracts & Logistics
Vendor contracts can be intimidating. We demystify the fine print, explain what to look for, what red flags to watch for, and how to protect yourselves before you sign anything.
06
Planning Timeline
We help you build a master planning timeline tailored to your wedding date — so you always know what needs to happen next and nothing falls through the cracks.
07
Design & Aesthetic
Translating a feeling into a cohesive visual story is harder than it looks. We walk you through how to develop your aesthetic, communicate it to vendors, and make design decisions that feel intentional and uniquely yours.
08
Guest Management
Guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, dietary needs, seating — we cover the logistics of managing your guests from start to finish so nothing gets missed.

Questions
A few things couples often ask.
When should we attend — how early in our engagement?
The earlier the better. Most couples benefit most from attending within the first few months of getting engaged, before they've made major decisions or signed any contracts. That said, if you're already mid-planning and feeling overwhelmed, the workshop is equally valuable as a reset.
Do we need to have a date or venue already?
Not at all. You don't need to have made any decisions yet. The workshop is designed to help you make those decisions — in the right order, with the right information.
Is this the same as hiring a wedding planner?
No — and that's intentional. We don't plan your wedding for you. We teach you how to plan it yourself. You leave with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take the reins. Many couples find this approach more empowering and more affordable than full-service planning.
What if we have a very small or non-traditional wedding in mind?
The workshop is designed to be adaptable. Whether you're planning an intimate dinner for 20 or a celebration for 200, the core principles apply. Our facilitators tailor guidance to your specific vision.
What do we take home?
Every couple leaves with a printed (or digital) planning workbook, a master planning timeline template, a vendor vetting checklist, a budget framework, and 30 days of follow-up Q&A access to our team.
